DRINK FOR FLAT STOMACH FOR THOSE WHO DON’T WANT TO EXERCISE






You should try to consume this drink, if you cannot do anything to start exercising in the gym. This drink works almost like to do 100 ABS.
The truth is, you cannot become a supermodel, but at least there is this recipe along with a healthy diet that will surely help you to lose weight and to have a flat stomach.

Ingredients:

§  500ml almond milk
§  2 frozen bananas
§  2 tablespoons butter almond or coconut oil
§  2 tablespoons sour cream
§  2 tablespoons honey
§  A small nutmeg






Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into glasses. This shake can replace a snack or you can drink this beverage in addition to your breakfast.
