A lot
of women have problems with excess weight but they do not exercise because of
many reasons. Ramiza Turzimehich wanted to help other women by sharing her
story- How she lost 11 pounds in 2 days only. She did it with the help of this
amazing drink.
Parsley was her biggest ally in the weight
loss process and the good news is that it can be found in every household.
“Parsley is really miraculous. Last Thursday I
weighed 158 pounds and 2 days later- I was 147 pounds. It’s not about the
weight. Parsley helped me to get rid of all the accumulated water in my
organism. I feel so light and amazing”, says Ramiza.
Ramiza’s recipe:
First boil 1 l water and then add 5 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Wait
until it cools( 20 minutes) and then drink the tea.
“I decided to try parsley tea because I
had problems with my kidneys. Everyone told me that parsley is great for
kidneys. I’m so glad I tried it.”You can drink the tea hot or cold whenever you want during the day.
But try to drink at least 1 l parsley tea every
day.
